Who Am I?

J.D. Cook

Jeremiah Dylan Cook (J.D. Cook) started writing at the age of eleven. His childhood was spent tinkering with various stories and founding Bigbluebullfrog.com. A creative writing class he took in high school cemented his dream of becoming a published author.

Jeremiah completed a rough draft of his first novel at age 19, during a summer break from St. John’s. While attending the University, he received the Mario Mezzacappa Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry and Prose and the Silver Key in English, Awarded to Juniors with the highest GPA in their Major. When Jeremiah left St. John’s he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Since graduating from St. John’s, Jeremiah founded ComicsMoviesGames.com. It’s a website dedicated to discussing various aspects of Geek Culture. In 2016, he began attending Seton Hill University’s Writing Popular Fiction Program to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree. While attending the program, Jeremiah won first place in the Ligonier Valley Writers’ thirteenth annual Flash Fiction Contest for his horror story, “Feeding Time.”
